That's it I have decided to change my life. Nothing too drastic like having a new hair cut you understand just the fact that I have decided to "grow up" and take myself seriously. Something I have never done before if I am totally honest. My nearest and dearest and those on the outside looking would probably disagree however authenticity was not always present there was always just something missing as the doubtful voice inside battered at my confidence and squashed it flat flat flat.
As the youngest of 6 children there has always always been someone there to pick up the pieces and make sure no harm came to me be it a protective sibling or a loving parent.
So what changes are afoot? Well business and health for a start if I take care of those elements of my life everything else will fall into place so no more wishy washy attempts at promoting my self I'm here I'm ready and I am more than able... Shut Up Shut Up doubtful voice I will overcome you.

Journalling triumphs and tribulations as T'emm develops into the successful business that we know it can be. and the excitement and frustrations of an exciting venture. The second role involves developing and empowering a team of consultants to un their own businessess for a new to the UK skincare brand. The brand and product are phenomenal - I am really excited about. (really excited read so excited I want to shout it from the roof tops)
Blogging is going to help me keep on track - Raise brand awareness - as I aim high for success within the company and with my own company others may be inspired to enter the world of grownupness.
First Changes to take effect as it is Lent I am going to refrain from playing time wasting games on face book and also abstain from Chocolate for the duration. Plus upping energy levels by exercising so expect moans as it becomes difficult to press the keys due to lactic acid build up.
Tomorrow I get my training for the new body products and also have some work to do to promote the Total Relaxation Day for T'emm so watch this space.
